Decent internet, small issue
I signed up for the 600Mbps Fibre Home Broadband because of the RM99 promo, which was a good deal. The internet speed is generally fine, handles streaming and gaming for my family without much lag. Installation took a bit longer than I expected, the technician was held up at a previous appointment and came about an hour late, but he did apologize. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the delay. The included router is okay, but I wish they offered a slightly better one or more options for the free mesh WiFi nodes on this particular plan without having to upgrade to a much more expensive package. Value for money is definitely there though.

Consistently reliable service
This is my third year with TIME Internet, and I just renewed my 1Gbps plan. I've always found their service to be super consistent. My previous experience with their 500Mbps plan was great, and upgrading to 1Gbps a year ago was seamless too. I appreciate that the speeds rarely drop, unlike some other providers I've used before. Their customer support has also been dependable whenever I've called for technical issues, which are rare anyway. It's why I keep coming back; they just work.
